Q. WhEN ARE MODULES RELEASED?

A. During Scale Your Store Live, we work through the program together.

Upon purchase, you will have access to the Setting Yourself Up For Success Module.

You will need to upload your completed Retail Vision to move to the Money Pillar Module, which will be released on Thursday 11 March.

Each additional module will be released the following Thursday.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE COACHING CALLS?

A. A replay of the live call will be uploaded into the portal (usually within 24 hours). If you have specific coaching questions, you can email them or post them in the Facebook group to be answered on the call.

Q. IF I CAN'T ATTEND COACHING CALLS, WHere is the best place to get my questions answered?

A. Your first port of call when you have a question, is to do a search inside the Facebook Community to see if you question has already been answered. If you can't find the answer, the best place to ask your question is inside The Scale Your Store Community. It's going to be the quickest way to get a response and in addition, you'll likely be helping a bunch of other people out in the process who have the thinking about the same thing.

Q. What to do if I can't access a video, download, resource or I have another technical issue?

A. If you're having technical issues (as opposed to general course-related questions), please lodge a support ticket via email to support@salenaknight.com.

Q. I WAS A SUPER FAST ACTION-TAKER AND NABBED A BUILT-FOR-YOU FUNNEL - HOW DO I ORGANISE THAT?

A. My team are will be in contact with you to organise access to your Klaviyo account to build your high-converting funnel. If you don't use Klaviyo, we'll provide a video walk through of how to segment your list so you can implement this in your own email service provider.

Q. WHEN IS THE LIVE EVENT?

A. We've hosted a LOT of live events, and we know that the energy and the connections you get from a live event are very different from a virtual event. So we've made the choice to move our live event to 2021, so we can host it IN PERSON. Your ticket will be valid for the next event - but right now we can't tell you exactly when that will be right now. Stay tuned!!
